This is an online web server for decoding subnetwork of hidden genes mediating Known Drug-Disease Association (KDDA). Its functions include three parts: I) Querying, browsing and downloading subnetwork of genes mediating individual KDDA (iKDDA); II) Querying, browsing and downloading shared meta-subnetwork of genes mediating multiple KDDAs associating multiple diseases with one drug (MDiODr); III) Querying, browsing and downloading shared meta-subnetwork of genes mediating multiple KDDAs associating multiple drugs with one disease (MDrODi). For Part I, 52878 and 51745 gene subnetworks are contained in our server for SDrTDi and SDiTDr context, respectively. For Part II, 12386 and 12189 shared meta-subnetworks are included in our server for SDrTDi and SDiTDr context, respectively. For Part III,773 shared meta-subnetworks are recorded in our server for both SDrTDi and SDiTDr contexts.
